Mr. Moro Haruna is a Program Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist. He has an MPhil. Sustainable & Integrated Rural Development, BA Political Studies, and an Advanced Certificate in Program Monitoring and Evaluation. He has over 6 years of experience working with International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs).

Moro has provided technical support to projects in the areas of development, design and deployment of M&E Frameworks, Systems and Approaches. He is skilled at using mobile and web-based systems such as ODK Collect, Kobo Collect, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), SPSS, Systems Application Product (SAP) and MSOffice applications to facilitate program quality reporting to stakeholders including donor partners.

He has vast experience working with agriculture value chains and additional livelihoods related projects.

Moro has worked extensively with CSOs, Governments Decentralized Departments and Agencies and the private sector in the agricultural sector in promoting inclusive value chains, rural enterprise, rural financial services to development interventions. Prior to joining GASIP, he worked with Millennium Villages Project- Bonsaaso Cluster, Jhpiego Corporation, VSO Ghana, Plan International Ghana.

Moro is passionate about participatory and evidence based programme planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning that promotes programme quality, outcomes, and impacts.
